21 Oct 2005 - Officials from Maju Holdings (highway concessionaire) visited the houses that has newly cracked with the intention to monitor the cracks.

18 Oct 2005 - Issue on KL-Putrajaya highway was debated in the Parliament

15 Oct 2005 - DBKL appointed independant consultants to inspect all the houses in the affected area. Inspection started yesterday and to date more than 100 houses have been inspected.

13 Oct 2005 - We are still waiting for Samy Vellu's office to call us for a meeting to discuss and resolve our issues. There has been no news so far. Maybe it is just another excuse?

Taman Sri Petaling residents who claim their homes are structurally affected by the Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya highway construction works were thrown a lifeline today.

Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairperson Shahrir Samad said today that KL Mayor Ruslin Hasan has promised to send consultants to inspect their homes and will issue a 'stop work' order if he is satisfied that the works pose a danger to the residents... [read on]

6 Oct 2005 - Mayor of City Hall, Datuk Ruslin Hasan, pays surprise visit Sri Petaling to see the situation for himself. Accompanying Datuk Ruslin were several engineers who briefed him on the situation. Datuk Ruslin also talked to several house owners and noted their grouses.
